It went into four consecutive reprints, marking a significant milestone for Kodansha as it was the first time in the 21st century that a new series achieved such a record for its first volume. It also became the fastest-reprinted first volume in Kodansha's history. As of June 29, the first volume had a total of five editions, with approximately 100,000 copies in circulation. This surpassed the previous works of Miki Yoshikawa, Flunk Punk Rumble and Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches, in reaching the 100,000-copy threshold at a much faster pace. In terms of first-month sales for the first volume, this series ranked first among all Kodansha manga, with sales four times higher than the second-ranking series, the immensely popular The Quintessential Quintuplets serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine.
