Kudou Yukiko and Vermouth respectively represent the goodness and evilness of Fujiko Mine in Lupin the Third. Yukiko’s original name, Fujimine Yukiko, comes from the combination of Fujiko Mine and her first voice actress, Yukiko Nikaido. Yukiko and Fujiko share a penchant for riding motorcycles (or driving cars) around and often breaking speed limits. Despite the apparent opposition between the righteous Yukiko and the sinister Vermouth, they are actually close friends. When Yukiko went to the U.S. to study makeup artistry under the same mentor as Sharon Vineyard (later known as Vermouth), the two gradually became confidantes. After Sharon disappeared, Yukiko learned from Conan that she had transformed into Vermouth, a member of the Black Organization.
