This live-action movie is adapted from the manga series, The Fable, by Katsuhisa Minami, starring Junichi Okada as Fable.

The assassination genius known as ‘Fable’ (played by Junichi Okada), is capable of taking down any adversary within six seconds. He receives orders from his sponsor to put everything on hold and reside in Osaka for a year, with strict instructions not to kill or attack anyone during this time. Taking on the alias ‘Sato Akira,’ he relocates to Osaka with his partner posing as his sister, Sato Yoko (played by Fumino Kimura). It’s there that he encounters a seemingly ordinary woman, Misaki Shimizu (played by Mizuki Yamamoto). They start to lead the life of an ordinary citizen, however……
