The Nohara family journey to a secret area in China to delve into the world of Chinese martial arts.

Meanwhile, in Kasukabe's Chinatown, the "Black Panda Ramen," a highly addictive and wildly popular ramen, creates panic as it dangerously makes people rageful. This ramen frenzy not only engulfs Chinatown but threatens to spread chaos throughout Kasukabe. In the midst of this crisis, Masao (voiced by Teiyū Ichiryūsai) announced his departure from the Kasukabe Defense Force. How can the harmony of Kasukabe be restored? What difficulties are the Kasukabe Defense Force faced with in their mission to bring peace?
