Plot summary:

The Tokyo Summit looms on the horizon, and to ensure its smooth proceedings, the Japanese police deploy around 20,000 officers to secure the massive facility “Edge of Ocean” nestled in Tokyo Bay. However, despite stringent security measures, an unexpected explosion shatters the peace at the site. To the surprise of Conan (voiced by Takayama Minami) and others, the scene yields damning evidence against Mori Kogoro (voiced by Koyama Rikiya). Subsequently, Kogoro is arrested. Conan discovers that Tooru Amuro was present at the explosion site and sustained injuries.

In a bid to clear Uncle Mori’s name, Conan, Dr. Agasa, and the young detective group join forces to investigate the scene and collect evidence. As the investigation deepens, Conan unravels a complex web involving terrorists, public security, and various other parties behind the explosion. The truth, when unveiled, leaves everyone stunned beyond belief.
